Hi there new momma friends! My name is Logan Lewis and I am thrilled to be a part of such an amazing network of other moms. My family moved to Saint Augustine in 2018 from the Atlanta area, and while I miss the north Georgia mountains so much it makes me ache, we’ve quickly fallen in love with our community here!

My husband Randy works for Waffle House and it was his job that moved us here. We have three children: Sarah (born 2014): the extroverted comedian. Charlotte (born 2016): the tender-hearted and silly middle child, and Liam (born 2018): the crash-course THIS IS WHAT A BOY IS. We apparently still have a dog somewhere, too … Jokes. He’s sleeping on the couch as I type this.

I love to travel, reading, and the outdoors, but with three little ones, these hobbies look a little different than in my younger days: reading is usually done in 1-page increments (when I’m lucky) and the outdoors are usually enjoyed in my own driveway or local park. Traveling is tough when I solidly prefer not to be in the car with the kids for longer than 20 minutes at a time. As cliche as it sounds, I wouldn’t change it for the world. I *love* being a mom. I have a master’s in writing from Kennesaw State University but I am enjoying staying home and raising my kiddos for now.

I enjoy healthy and holistic living, which in real life just translates to listening to my kids crying at the dinner table every night over what I’ve cooked.

If I could go back in time, I think I would have become a midwife. It wasn’t until I gave birth to my first child that I realized how passionate I am about the sacred space of childbirth. Luckily for me, I already had experience with videography, so when a friend approached me about filming her first birth, I jumped on the opportunity (it didn’t hurt that she and her husband are basically supermodels. Thanks for making my portfolio epic guys!). I stayed up for 24 hours editing the video and never looked back.

All in all, I love telling stories. I love making people laugh when I write (content is never scarce around our house. I just have to leave my kids unsupervised for 12 minutes). I love telling other people’s stories through video. And I love telling my own personal story of how Jesus radically changed my life. Hang around me long enough and you’ll hear me blab about it ; )

It’s nice to meet you all, and I hope to make connections with a lot of you in person soon!

Logan Lewis
Logan relocated to St Augustine in 2018 from the Atlanta area when her husband’s job transferred him to the Jax area. Logan and Randy have been married for ten years and have three amazing kiddos: Sarah (6), Charlotte (3), and Liam (2). Echo the dog (12) is still hanging around too despite losing his former position as a favorite dependent. Logan enjoys writing, kayaking, and all things birth! She used to enjoy hiking in the north Georgia mountains but has since replaced that hobby with exploring the unique places St Augustine has to offer. She does videography on the side and loves to film births more than anything. If she had to do all over again she probably would have become a midwife! In the spare time she doesn’t have, Logan enjoys NOT cleaning her house, which remains a disaster almost 24/7 despite her efforts.
